Manage the overall manufacturing production, ensuring efficient operations and meeting production goals. Develop and implement production schedules to meet Kats and customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.
Supervise and lead a team of Production & Quality Assurance, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and supply chain, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
Oversee inventory management, including monitoring raw materials and finished goods inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring adequate supply for production.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for manufacturing. Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Collaborate with research and development teams to introduce new products, processes, and technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and product innovation.
Ensure that the Kats facility is clean, organized, and safe.
