Every My Blend order is custom-made by hand, personalized to meet your exact expectations. Once your order is placed, our team carefully fills, inspects, and verifies orders before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality. Orders placed after 2:PM CST may begin processing the next day. Because each My Blend order is custom made, please allow up to 48 hours for your My Blend order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume and carrier pickup schedules. Priority shipping applies to transit time only and does not affect the initial processing timeframe. Because each blend is custom made specifically for you, express shipping is not available for My Blend orders.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because My Blend orders are custom-made, orders cannot be modified once processing begins. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or adjusted. If you’re unsure about your selections, we recommend reviewing your blend carefully before completing checkout.
Returns & Refunds
My Blend is handcrafted specifically for you. For this reason, My Blend orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you believe your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
