The Sales Specialist position will be responsible for supporting the Sales team through continual key account support and collaboration. This partnership is key to increasing sales and profit while providing outstanding value to our customers.
This position will function as an integral part of the Sales team by providing excellent customer service role supporting the implementation of a robust wholesale marketing plan.
OPPORTUNITY:
Kats Botanicals is a Premium Supplier of Kratom, CBD Oil and other Holistic Botanicals. Since 2016, Kats Botanicals has been supplying lab-tested, purity proven Kratom powder imported directly from its native lands in Southeast Asia. All of our botanical products are handled and packaged using facilities that meet or exceed the FDA’s guidelines for Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with customer invoicing and tracking payments
- HubSpot CRM support
- Champion and administer the Collateral Program including promotional material, inventory, brochures, sales collateral and product sample requests
- Provide administrative support as needed – scheduling, organizing, preparing reports and documents
- Assist in the preparation of targeted customer presentations
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Respond to issues and concerns in a positive, appropriate and efficient manner with the goal of building customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows and customer events
- Stay current on company product offerings, technical knowledge and industry trends
- Engage and collaborate to create efficiencies and streamline operations within the Sales team
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word
- CRM software experience is a plus
- Excellent communication / presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to productively work remotely
- Enthusiastic and passionate attitude
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully collaborate with team members
- Highly customer service focused
- Organized and detailed orientated to work in a fast paced environment

- CBD / Kratom Sales (2) Years – a plus

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
