Job Summary:
Kats Botanicals has been supplying high-quality Kratom and other natural products since 2016. Our products are lab-tested and handled in FDA-compliant facilities. We’re hiring for full-time (salary + commission), part-time (hourly + commission), and commission-only positions (1099).
What You’ll Do:
Find and reach out to new retail and wholesale customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with stores and partners
Manage the full sales process—from first contact to closing the deal
Use networking to uncover new sales opportunities
Meet sales targets and help grow our presence in the market
Stay up to date on our products and industry trends
Use our CRM tools to stay organized and manage leads
Prepare business plans, presentations, and price quotes
Provide great follow-up and customer support
Keep in touch with your accounts and respond to their needs
Solve problems quickly to keep customers happy
Negotiate deals and track sales and competitor activity
Attend trade shows and customer events to promote Kats
Who We’re Looking For:
Self-starters with a strong interest in Kratom and natural products
People who can confidently close sales and build lasting partnerships
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience selling kratom
Previous sales or customer service experience (especially in wholesale or retail)
Comfortable with sales tactics like research and negotiation
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a bonus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good at staying organized and managing time
Solid understanding of how businesses work
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Confident speaking with customers and presenting products
Works well with a team
Focused on customer satisfaction
Able to stay organized in a busy environment
Can handle multiple customer accounts at once
Meets deadlines and sales goals
Degree in business or relevant experience
