Good Malay but Kats Tanked (Used to be) Worthy Buy
The product is good yes. But Kats Botanicals has gone so far down hill it is unbearable. When you pay them 10$ for "Priority Shipping", every now and then they actually use "Priority Shipping" (so your package arrives in 2 days after whenever they give it to USPS). But these days, when you pay for "Priority Shipping" (or even 30$ for 2 day shipping), they send the package via USPS Ground and don't tell you. This is one of the many times that I have been waiting OVER A WEEK FOR A PACKAGE (since the date they got it to USPS) THAT IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE GOD KNOWS WHEN because, Kats decided to charge for Priority Shipping and then stick it on a truck Tennessee to North West Montana because- it is really fun for customers to know that they paid priority and it would take 2 days to get here if they just did what they promised/charged for. Instead, be prepared to run out of everything as your package might get here in two days, the longest I have had to wait is 12 DAYS aka almost 2 weeks of "omg I could have flown to Tennessee, bought some for cheaper, and been back by now". And they don't care, no customer service- except bragging about cutting points in half because "too many people where spending money to use their points". This place is a sad joke. Used to be fast, good service- now all that is terrible just a "wait and see what you get, however they send it now matter how much you pay for fast shipping then wait and wait and wait with no updates when, you realize too late you could have bought from anyone else and at least know when your package would arrive".

I love green strains for during the day. While I like the Green malay, I still prefer a hybrid like the Green Maeng Da or Plantation Maeng Da. But, otherwise, great service and shipping from Kat's as always!
