Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kat’s Botanicals, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a choice of a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the package back to us. We will provide a return label for your convenience. The package does not need to be unopened to be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued to you promptly.

“My Blend” products are handcrafted to order. By purchasing My Blend, you agree to the following additional terms, which apply specifically to My Blend orders. If there is any conflict between these My Blend terms and the general site terms above, the My Blend terms control for My Blend purchases.

1) Handcrafted Order Processing & Shipping Disclaimer

  • Every My Blend order is custom-made by hand, personalized to meet your selections.
  • Once your order is placed, our team carefully fills, inspects, and verifies each item before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the next business day.
  • Because each My Blend order is custom made, please allow up to 48 hours for your My Blend order to be processed and shipped.
  • Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume and carrier pickup schedules.
  • Priority shipping applies to transit time only and does not affect initial processing time.
  • Express shipping is not available for My Blend orders because each blend is custom made specifically for you.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Because My Blend orders are custom-made, orders cannot be modified once processing begins.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed, adjusted, or reconfigured.
  • If you’re unsure about your selections, we recommend reviewing your blend carefully before completing checkout.

3) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (My Blend)

My Blend is handcrafted specifically for you. For this reason, My Blend orders are not eligible for returns or refunds based on preference, taste, or selection changes.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help resolve the issue.

4) Promotions, Discounts & Kats Kash

My Blend purchases are eligible for Kats Kash rewards and redemptions. Limited-time offers may also apply during launch or special events, subject to the Coupons and Rewards terms above.

5) Safety, Lot Verification & COA Transparency

Every strain used in My Blend is verified through lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs), available on our website. Each batch is tested to meet Kats Botanicals’ quality and safety standards.

If you believe a My Blend product may pose a risk to you, do not use the product and contact our support team immediately. In safety/quality-related situations (including suspected contamination or a confirmed lot issue), you may request a return authorization and a refund or exchange with a new lot, at our discretion after review.
