After a lot of research on Shilalit and fulvic acid I finally decided to try this stuff. From day 1 I have noticed benefits. This surprised me because I thought it had to build up in your body. Without getting too personnel Let's just say the digestive benefits have been excellent. I did learn that in order to unscrew the lid I had to run it under hot water for a minute. Just a tip for any first time users.

Flavor Review (still reviewing effects)
I am only into about 5 days of trying this out. I take the 1/2 pea size dose. I use a very tiny plastic spoon that allows me to dip into the product, then I take it and place it on my tongue and allow it to dissolve there and wash it down with water or coffee. I find the flavor almost reminiscent. It reminds me of some substances I've tasted before. I am not sure that this comment will be allowed, but I will frankly state my impression. It reminds me of a combination of both espresso coffee and resin from marijuana. That may sound distasteful but I appreciate bitter as a flavor profile because I really like strong coffee, espresso like and I know about the resin flavor from my personal experiences. I will review the effects at a later date. I will also state that I only tried this product because of the trust reputation and credibility of Kat's Botanicals.
